Michigan City, IN – In the age of social distancing, mask mandates, and a general fear of what’s to come next, one conference is bucking the trend by going “live” instead of virtual. The conference titled, “Trailblazer Leadership in Turbulent Times,” will take place in Michigan City on Thursday, November 12 and Friday, November 13 at the Blue Chip Casino. Event organizer Tony Rubleski, President of Mind Capture Group, has been hosting the annual event for the past nine years.
The event brings in attendees and speakers from across the U.S. from both the business and non-profit sectors. The public event focuses on several key areas of deep interest to today’s leaders including mindset, employee morale, customer service, marketing, and sharing best practices via small group breakouts.
The event is public and limited to 100 attendees. Safety and attendee well-being are of the highest importance; the events team and venue will be following all COVID-19 protocols and regulations. Event details and ticket information can be found at: MindCaptureGroup.com/mcbc2020
“We’ve already had a positive reaction by going ahead and hosting the event ‘live’ with many past attendees registered, along with many sponsors and speakers flying in from places such as Seattle and Boston to join us,” stated Rubleski. “People are excited for face-to-face, social connection again. They are getting tired of looking through a computer screen, need a change of scenery, and deeply want in-person interaction.”
Speaker presentations to be shared at the November event include:
- Tami Bonnell: “Leading & Motivating in Turbulent Times”
- Charlie Adams: “The Power of Miracles in Turbulent Times”
- Ed Stulak: “Connecting Through Video in Turbulent Times”
- Jenna Arcidiacono: “Serving Others in Turbulent Times”
- Mark Tarner, Gerren Sprauve, Devin Walker, and Jen Groover: “Innovation in Turbulent Times Panel”
- Tony Rubleski: “Positive Disruption in Turbulent Times”
- Geoff McLachlan: “Why Play & Laughter Win in Turbulent Times”
Event promotor Tony Rubleski is currently the president of Mind Capture Group and the creator of the bestselling Mind Capture book series. His seventh book in the series, Positive Disruption, releases in December 2020. His work has been featured in various media outlets including Toastmasters magazine, The Detroit Free Press, the FOX TV network, ABC, CNN Radio, NPR, and Entrepreneur Radio. He’s also served as a faculty member and instructor for the U.S Chamber of Commerce (IOM) and is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Marketing.
