Kalamazoo, MI – In a world plagued by frustration, money woes, and business challenges, there must be a refuge for those who seek knowledge and positivity. The 12th Annual Mind Capture Bootcamp strives to do just that. The annual event geared toward helping business professionals and entrepreneurs move forward and stay motivated makes its debut in Kalamazoo for the first time. The conference is a full-day interactive event featuring local and national speakers along with an innovation panel and group breakout sessions.
The annual event was most recently held in Grand Rapids, Traverse City, and Michigan City. This year’s theme is “Adapt – Improvise – Overcome,” and will take place in Kalamazoo on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 8:30am-5:00pm with the specific event location to be announced in July. Event organizer Tony Rubleski, President of Mind Capture Group, has successfully hosted the annual business event over the past decade, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. Last year’s event in Traverse City had its biggest attendance to date.
The event draws in attendees and speakers in both the business and non-profit sectors from across the U.S. The Bootcamp focuses on several key areas of deep interest to today’s leaders including mindset, employee attraction and retention, marketing, sales, and sharing best practices. Alumni and VIP individual ticket sales are already underway with new attendee registration starting Monday, April 10, 2023.
“We’re excited to be brining this event to Kalamazoo. I love this town; I was born there and attended Western Michigan University. Go Broncos!” stated Rubleski. “We are already seeing a positive reaction from people who will be joining us, along with many sponsors, speakers, and past alumni attendees from both West Michigan and across the country. People are excited for high-quality, in-person business events to network with others, share best practices, and grow their businesses even with the current challenges of increasing business, with employee attraction and retention at the top of the list.”
Several speakers for the event have been secured with a few more to be chosen over the next few months. The full speaker lineup, selected charitable partner, sponsors, and full event agenda will be announced this summer.
Event promotor Tony Rubleski is currently the president of Mind Capture Group based in Grand Haven, Michigan, and is the creator of the bestselling Mind Capture book series. His eighth book in the series, Positive Disruption – Vol. II, released in December 2022. His work has been featured in various media outlets including Toastmasters magazine, The Detroit Free Press, the FOX TV network, ABC, CNN Radio, NPR, and Entrepreneur Magazine Radio.
