“In the age of digital communication, high touch still beats high tech every time.” -Tony Rubleski
In today’s sped up, busy, digital world it often seems like good manners have taken a back seat and are in short supply. For example, telling people ‘Thank you’ is wired into my DNA as a way of daily life and habit. I am extremely aware of the fact that my success in life comes down to not just my focus and daily actions, but also the help and support of many others involved in the daily dance of life. We interact with others each day and it’s amazing how we can fall into the habit of taking important people in our lives for granted.
Slowing down to thank others is both therapeutic and a powerful win-win for all parties involved on multiple fronts.
Benefits of Thanking Others:
*It makes us and the other person happy
*It slows us down to self-reflect
*It produces feelings of appreciation and gratitude
*It puts our time and life into a different perspective
*It helps us counter negativity and shifts us into a positive state of mind
So here’s the challenge I give you today: who do you really need to thank in your business or personal life that you’ve been putting off for a long time? Once you’ve written down their name(s), it’s time to step it up.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: pick up the phone, grab a note card and pen, or draft up an email message right now while it’s fresh on your mind and send out a heartfelt message of thanks and appreciation. It will not only surprise and make their day even richer, but it will also do the same for you as well.

Hi Tony,
You’ve talked about this before, however I’ve never heard you mention “Send Out Cards”, the ultimate Thank You company.
