“We’re excited to bring this event to Kalamazoo. I love this town; I was born there and attended Western Michigan University. Go Broncos!” stated Rubleski. “We are already seeing a positive reaction from people who will be joining us, along with many sponsors, speakers, and past alumni attendees. People are excited for high-quality, in-person business events to network with others, share best practices, and grow their businesses even with the current challenges of increasing business, with employee attraction and retention at the top of the list.”
The event brings in attendees and speakers from across the U.S. from both the business and non-profit sectors. The event focuses on several key areas of deep interest to today’s leaders including mindset, employee attraction and retention, marketing, and sharing best practices via small group breakouts. Event registration and sponsorship sales are currently underway.
Event promotor Tony Rubleski is currently the president of Mind Capture Group based in Grand Haven, Michigan and the creator of the bestselling Mind Capture book series. His eighth book in the series, Positive Disruption – Vol. II, released on December 7, 2022.
