Speaker Lineup and Charitable Partner Selected for November 4th Business Conference in Grand Rapids
Grand Rapids, MI – With the economy reopening and in-person events beginning to come back, an annual event geared at helping business professionals and entrepreneurs returns to Grand Rapids this fall on Thursday, November 4, 2021. The “Mind Capture Bootcamp” conference is a full-day interactive event featuring local and national speakers along with an innovation panel and group breakout sessions.
The annual event was most recently held in Detroit and Michigan City. The year’s 10th annual conference theme is “Positive Disruption for Brave New Times” and will take place in downtown Grand Rapids at Studio D2D on November 4 from 8:30am-5:30pm. Event organizer Tony Rubleski, President of Mind Capture Group, has successfully hosted the annual event every year for the past decade. The event was last hosted in Grand Rapids five years ago in 2016.
The event brings attendees and speakers from across the U.S. from both the business and non-profit sectors. “Mind Capture Bootcamp” focuses on several key areas of deep interest to today’s leaders including mindset, employee productivity, customer service, marketing, and sharing best practices via small group breakouts. Alumni ticket sales began in late July along with sponsorship sales. Open registration is now underway to the public.
“We’re excited to bring the event back to Grand Rapids and we’re already seeing a positive reaction from people who will be joining us, along with many sponsors, speakers, and alumni from West Michigan and from places such as Seattle and Orlando committed to attend,” stated Rubleski. “People are excited for high-quality, in-person business events to network with others and grow their business during these unique and brave new times.”
Some of the initial faculty and sessions to be shared in November include:
- Trevor Crook: Using Stories to Positively Grow Your Business
- Mike McFall: Entrepreneurial Lessons from Franchising
- Sabrina Seher: Simple Health Tips to Increase Well-being
- Kelsey Sanders: Positive Habit Force to Build a Stronger You

The finalized speaker agenda and list of sponsors will be available by mid-October.
This year’s event will also be raising awareness and funds for Embracing Imperfections, based in Rockford, MI. The non-profit 501C3 is passionate about helping others find and act on their purpose and why. Founded by Shandy Longcore, the primary goal of the organization is to draw attention to mental health and helping to eradicate suicide.
