Mackinac Island, MI – In a world plagued by frustration, money woes, and business challenges, it’s tough to find a place for entrepreneurial minds to gather to network and learn. Such a refuge for those seeking knowledge and positivity does exist: The annual Mind Capture Bootcamp. The 13th annual event will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Mission Point Resort in Mackinac Island.
The annual event is geared toward helping business professionals and entrepreneurs move forward and stay motivated. It’s a full-day interactive event featuring local and national speakers along with an innovation panel and group breakout sessions centered around each individual’s personal or professional goals.
The Mind Capture Bootcamp has most recently been held in Kalamazoo, Traverse City, and Grand Rapids. The 2024 theme will be “How to Accelerate and Upshift Your Business.”
Event organizer Tony Rubleski, president of Mind Capture Group, has successfully hosted the annual business event each year, including the 2023 event in Kalamazoo, which had its biggest attendance to date.
The event draws in attendees and speakers in both the business and non-profit sectors from across the U.S. The Bootcamp focuses on several key areas of deep interest to today’s leaders including mindset, employee productivity, client attraction and retention, sales, and sharing best marketing practices. Alumni and VIP individual ticket sales are now underway with new attendee registration beginning Saturday, December 2, 2023.
“We’re excited to bring this event back to northern Michigan on the beautiful Mackinac Island. The Island is one of my favorite places in the world and it’s also where the first Mind Capture Bootcamp event was held many years ago,” Rubleski states. “We’ve went from a small room of 12 people to over 125 attendees at this year’s event. We are already seeing a positive reaction from people who will be joining us, along with many sponsors, speakers, and past alumni attendees from West Michigan and across the country. People are excited for high-quality, in-person business events to network with others, share best practices, and grow their businesses even with the current challenges in the economy.”
Several speakers for the event have been secured with a few more to be chosen over the next few months. Speakers already confirmed include Scott Comey of Turn the Dial Coaching, Cynthia Kay of Cynthia Kay and Company, Greg Heeres of Maximize Coaching, and Sheriff Chris Swanson of Genesee County.
Event promotor Tony Rubleski is currently the president of Mind Capture Group based in Grand Haven, Michigan, and is the creator of the bestselling Mind Capture book series. His eighth book in the series, Positive Disruption – Vol. II, released in December 2022. His work has been featured in various media outlets including Toastmasters magazine, The Detroit Free Press, the FOX TV network, ABC, CNN Radio, NPR, and Entrepreneur Magazine Radio. He has also served as a faculty member for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (IOM) and is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Marketing.
