A Captured Mind Newsletter subscribers may cancel at any time. One requested we will cancel your subscription and will not bill your account in subsequent billing cycles; however, because of fulfillment, administration and mailing fees, we regret we cannot refund the current month.

If you attend the event and by the end of the day on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012, at 5:00 PM PST, you are not completely satisfied with the event, simply let the people at our registration area know and we'll refund your ticket purchase on the spot. You MUST be present at the event location at registration area to request a refund before 5:00 PM PST.
If you sit through the first day and you decide this event is not for you, request a refund by 5:00 PM PST on Wednesday at the event and we'll give it to you - no questions asked!
Due to the hard costs associated with accommodating event attendees and our event staff will be in-route setting up for the event, no refunds will be granted after October 16th 2012 via phone or email.
Refunds after October 16th, 2012 must be done onsite at the registration desk for the event at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, in Del Mar California.
However, credit may be transferred towards the purchase of Summit Recordings and other products, services or events sold by MIND CAPTURE GROUP, LLC.
You have 30-days (upon receiving access to the recordings) to decide if the recordings are for you. If you decide the recordings are not for you within those 30 days, please first email our support desk at:

In the subject of the email, put “Refund request for [your name]”. We will then issue a full refund assuming the email was sent within the 30-day limit.
No refunds on the Live Streaming once the stream has begun.
